I’m trying to write my paper for Port Macquarie, but keep getting distracted. I read in The Guardian this Wednesday, that, ‘Australia is planning to restrict TV for toddlers, because of the adverse effect on the brain.’

Looking forward
Hello and I’m really looking forward to meeting delegates and fellow speakers at The Art of Good Health and Wellbeing in November. I had the good fortune to spend some time with Margret and her colleagues in Port Macquarie last year so I know what an exciting time we’ve got in store.
