Our Conference Role
Arts and Health Australia keenly promotes best-practice policy in arts and health, culminating each year with The Art of Good Health and Wellbeing international conference. The inaugural conference, held in 2009 in Port Macquarie, NSW, brought together Australian practitioners and many of the world's most influential thinkers in the arts and health movement. The conference was a resounding success and found a resonance within the arts and health communities. This has resulted in an annual conference. The 8th conference will take place from 16 to 18 November 2016 at the Art Gallery of New South Wales in Sydney.
The Art of Good Health and Wellbeing International Arts and Health Conference takes place annually, as well as subsidiary events and training programs tailored around the needs of its healthcare clients. For more details contact AHA directly.
